The tallest teenager in the world has committed to play basketball for the University of Florida.
Seventeen-year-old Quebec resident Olivier Rioux, who was certified by Guinness World Records as the tallest teen when he was 15 and only 7-foot-5, now stands at either 7-6 or 7-7, depending on the source. Rioux says he wears a size 20 shoe. He first gained national attention in 2018, when video of the 6-foot-10 12-year-old went viral.
Rioux currently plays for IMG Academy, which is considered one of the top basketball prep schools in the country.
