Will MLB Lockout Talks Resume This Month?

MLB owners and union reps are rested up from the holidays, and now they’re ready to roll up their sleeves and start negotiating an end to the lockout, right? Right???
Well, we’ll see. Per USA Today’s Bob Nightengale, there are “no negotiating sessions currently scheduled” in the month of January.
So far, the two sides have met only twice, to discuss “non-core economic issues”.
Meanwhile, the clock is ticking – believe it or not, we’re just eight weeks away from the start of spring training.
