If the NBA resumes action, it likely won’t be all of the NBA.

ESPN reports the league is moving toward a 22-team planned resumption in late July.

The Board of Governors is set to vote Thursday on the official plan as details are still being worked out.

It would take a three-fourths vote majority of teams to pass. That means one more than the 22 would have to vote in favor of being left out.

If they decided to go by the current standings, those 8 teams that would be left out would include, the Knicks, Pistons, Hawks, and Cavs in the East.

And the Spurs, Suns, T-Wolves, and Warriors, would be left out in the West.
