The 13-bount event will be taking place Saturday, January 18th at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, and the main event will be exciting for fight fans as Conor “Notorious” McGregor will be making his return to the Octagon to face Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone. The last time McGregor stepped into the Octagon was in October 2018 when he lost via submission to lightweight champ Khabib Nurmagomedov in a title bout. Meanwhile, Cerrone has fought 5 times since.

McGregor could come back with some “rust” being that it has been almost 2 years since making an appearance. However, the odds are in McGregor’s favor.

The co-main event which will be a woman’s bantamweight bout between Holly Holm and. Raquel Pennington. Even though Holm is 2-5 in her last 7 fights, she still is a significant striker with a great amount of experience. The odds are in her favor.

Claudia Gadelha and Alexa Grasso are on the main card for the women’s straweight bout. Grasso has a height and reach advantage against Gadelha, but if Gadelha can get Grasso to the ground it’ could mean trouble since she is a black belt and Grasso is a purple belt. Anthony Pettis will take on Diego Ferreira. Pettis is looking to bounce back after a unanimous decision loss to Nate Diaz at UFC 241. Ferreira has a 74-72.5″ reach advantage, and his last loss was at UFC 179. Ferreira is the favorite of the two.
