Trump Talks To Big Ten Commish About Playing Football, Could Start In October

President Trump wants the Big Ten to play football in the fall – he even discussed the issue personally with Big Ten commissioner Kevin Warren.

The two spoke on the phone Tuesday, in a conversation both sides called very productive.”

Trump later tweeted that negotiations were “On the one yard line!”

Warren is also facing pressure from players, coaches, and athletic directors to play football, but so far no formal plan to do so has been submitted.

It is also being reported that the president’s of the universities are close to coming to a new deal that would allow their season to begin starting October 10th. It would be an 8 to 10 game season that would also make them eligible to play in the college football playoff.
