Talk about a storyline…Here comes LeBron.
The Miami Heat will have to get through their former star on the way to an NBA championship.
The Heat beat the Celtics 125-113 on Sunday to advance to the NBA Finals.
LeBron won back-to-back titles with the Heat in 2012 and 2013.
But, of course, James is with the Lakers now and he’s hoping to lead L.A. to its first trophy since 2010.
Heat’s current star man, Jimmy Butler, says they are ready for the showdown.
“The main key, and it’s been like this for a very long time, if you want to win, you’re going to have to go through a LeBron James-led team.”
The Heat advanced to the Finals against all odds as the number 5 seed in the East and did so in Jimmy Butler’s first year with the team.
It’s the 6th time the Heat have advanced to the championship round and will be looking for their 4th title overall. This is also the first time that the Heat have made it to the Finals without Dwyane Wade on the team.
Who do you think wins it all?
