The fate of 14 NBA teams came down to the bounce of a ping-pong ball at last night’s NBA Draft Lottery.
The Pistons, Rockets, and Spurs all had the best odds of landing the #1 pick at 14%, followed by the Hornets (12.5%), Blazers (10.5%), and Magic (9%).
The Spurs were the lucky team to win the lottery and the rights to draft the 19 year old French phenom, Victor Wembanyama.
Wembanyama is a 7′ 3″ center who can also play like a point guard. He is said to be the best rookie prospect since LeBron James.
The NBA draft is on Thursday, June 22nd.
