Well here’s a bit of good news: Sean Payton revealed that as of Tuesday he’s been “cleared” of the coronavirus and that he’s feeling “a lot better.”
The Saints head coach tested positive for COVID-19 last week after he began feeling symptoms on March 15.
“So I’ve been fortunate. You stay inside like everyone’s doing, and you find ways to pass the time,” Payton said Wednesday during an interview, adding, “You know, you watch a lot of Netflix, then you go on to Twitter, and you see everyone else is watching the same shows.”
Payton’s only complaint during his ordeal: “Unfortunately, my appetite didn’t dissipate at all during that time.”
Know anyone personally impacted by the coronavirus? How are you helping them through this time?
