Well, this should be fun.

The cat’s out of the bag. The Raiders will be featured on the upcoming season of Hard Knocks when it hits HBO this August.

The team confirmed the news after Jon Gruden hinted at the possibility on Tuesday when he was asked, answering, “That’d be awesome, wouldn’t it?”

Of course, the head coach isn’t thrilled at the prospect, admitting, “We are trying to worry about this team, this week. We’ve got a lot of adversity we’re facing right now with this team. We got a lot of distractions.”

For what it’s worth, the players are excited, with Antonio Brown tweeting, “Get your popcorn ready,” and Derek Carr replying: “Yes sirrrrr brodie!!!”

Do you think having cameras around all the time would be a distraction? Do the Raiders make the most sense to be featured?
