Troy Polamalu, Reggie Wayne, and Patrick Willis are among the first-timers named as semifinalists for the Pro Football Hall of Fame Class of 2020.
Combined, that trio accounts for 21 Pro Bowl trips and ten first-team All-Pro appearances. Polamalu can add 2010 Defensive Player of the Year to his resume.
Legendary Miami Dolphins linebacker, Zach Thomas, is also under consideration once again. It would be great to see the former Cane, Reggie Wayne, and former Dolphin, Zach Thomas, go in together to represent South Florida.
Other notable names on the semifinalist list include Clay Matthews, Torry Holt, Ronde Barber, and Hines Ward.
Five names will be chosen as part of the 2020 class, which will be inducted during Super Bowl weekend.
Do Polamalu, Wayne, and Willis deserve to make the HOF? Who else should make the cut?
