The Florida Panders have traded forward Frank Vatrano to the New York Rangers in exchange for a fourth round draft pick in the 2022 draft.

“After almost five seasons with the club, we want to thank Frank for his professionalism and compete,” said Panthers GM Bill Zito. “His team-first approach was always appreciated, and we wish him all the best moving forward.”

The 27-year-old Massachusetts native played in 49 games this year for the Cats scoring 10 goals while picking up nine assists.

The Panthers return to the ice Thursday when they travel to Las Vegas to take on the Golden Knights.
