Several NHL teams are mulling a plan to move their home games outdoors so they can host live fans for the upcoming season.
About a dozen teams are rumored to be considering the plan – but no Canadian teams, where coronavirus restrictions don’t allow fans in outdoor venues.

Commissioner Gary Bettman has hinted at a Jan. 1st start but calls the plan a “work in progress.”
