This New Jersey testing center has a lot of explaining to do.
A total of 77 tests (from 11 different NFL teams) came back positive for COVID-19 on Saturday.
All 77 were then immediately retested but came back negative.
A lab in New Jersey conducted all of the original tests.
Teams affected by the “false positives”: The Chicago Bears, New York Jets, Minnesota Vikings, and Pittsburgh Steelers.
The league said it is now investigating the New Jersey lab and trying to sort out what went wrong.
Before all of this on Saturday, there were only 4 players in the NFL listed on the COVID-19 list.
Have you or someone you know tested positive for COVID-19, but then immediately re-tested and given a negative result?
Do you think this could have an impact on every other day testing around the country?
