NBA Keeping Post Season Play-In Tournament For Good

The ‘play-in’ tournament will be a permanent addition to the NBA postseason.
On Tuesday, the league’s board of governors voted to remove the ‘experimental’ designation from the tournament, keeping it around for the foreseeable future.
The play-in tournament has been part of the last two seasons, with the 7th-through-10th-seeded teams playing a mini-tournament to determine the final four playoff spots.
