The Marlins have narrowed its search for the team’s next manager to four candidates.
Yankees third base coach and former Mets manager Luis Rojas, Cardinals bench coach Skip Schumaker, Astros bench coach Joe Espada and Rays bench coach Matt Quatraro are the reported favorites to replace Don Mattingly in Miami’s dugout.
Each candidate had a second interview according to multiple reports.
Rojas is the only one with previous managing experience as he led the Mets from 2020-2021 compiling a record of 103-119.
