Panthers left wing Jonathan Huberdeau made history in Florida’s 4-0 win Thursday night over the Blackhawks.
The all-star picked up is 71st assist of the season, the most in a single season for a left wing.
Huberdeau is now just six points short of a 100-point campaign.
The Panthers still sit a top the Atlantic Division with 15 games left to play.
