It was quite the month of January for the Florida Panthers.

The team holds the best record in the NHL and multiple players took home awards to begin 2022.

Forward Jonathan Huberdeau was named the NHL First Star for the month of January on Tuesday.

Teammate Anton Lundell was named the League’s Rookie of the Month.

Huberdeau led the NHL with 19 assists and 25 points in 15 games during the month  while also recording seven multi-point performances.

The 28-year-old was named to his second all-star team earlier last month.
