Udonis Haslam is back like he never left. After hanging up his jersey after 20 seasons, the former forward is back with the organization with a new job title. As Vice President of Basketball Development, Haslam’s role includes assisting the coaching staff and serving as a mentor to Heat and G League players. He joins former Heat players Alonzo Mourning and Shane Battier as former Heat players who help front-office positions.
