Florida Teen Arrested For Setting Kitten on Fire

(Milton, FL) — A Florida teenager is accused of animal abuse after allegedly setting fire to a kitten’s face.
18-year-old William Carr of Milton is charged with torturing/inflicting pain of an animal.

The Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s office says the woman came over to Carr’s house to help him paint the inside and brought some kitties with her.

Apparently she brought two adult cats and their kitten in a black bucket and the two got into an argument with Carr threatening to burn her cats.

The report states Carr then took a torch lighter, set a cereal box on fire and threw the box into the bucket. It caused the side of a kitten’s face and head to catch fire, singeing the whiskers.

Carr was later arrested, charged with animal abuse and released from the Santa Rosa County Jail.
