Good news, Owl fans!
Practice has resumed for the FAU football team leading up to this Saturday’s season opener at Georgia Southern.
Last Tuesday, coach Willie Taggart had announced that practice had been suspended, after 11 players tested positive for COVID-19.
However, the Owls were back on the field Wednesday, preparing to take on their first rival in this abbreviated season.
It's just us vs. them.

The team is being retested and undergoing contract tracing, in order to avoid a recurrence or spread of the virus, according to ESPN.com.
Meanwhile, FAU recently announced that it will allow 20 percent capacity in its stadium for home games this season.
