Hans Von Spakovsky, a former member of the Federal Election Commission and manager of the Heritage Foundation’s Election Law Reform Initiative, told Jen and Bill Tuesday morning that the recount in Georgia is key to determining if President Trump’s claims of election fraud are real. He says, if the recount numbers come back different from the software totals…that’s a huge problem.

Meanwhile, time is running out to finish the hand recount of presidential ballots in Georgia. Counties have a deadline to complete the tally by midnight tomorrow.

Spakovsky says, therefore, time is not on the President’s side because it is “very difficult” to gather enough evidence in a small amount of time to show that the results of an election were compromised.
