WPB Library Foundation Hosts 4th Annual Fundraiser,
Food For Thought: An Evening of Great Conversation
Foundation announces impressive lineup of hosts to lead lively and educational table discussions
WEST PALM BEACH, FLA. (Feb. 19, 2020) – The West Palm Beach Library Foundation will host its fourth annual fundraiser, Food For Thought: An Evening of Great Conversation, on Saturday April 4, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. at the Mandel Public Library of West Palm Beach. The elegant dinner party features an impressive lineup of local luminaries leading stimulating conversation in the beautiful Grand Reading Room of the downtown city library. The honorary chairs are Josephine duPont Bayard and The Hon. Ann W. Brown; the event co-chairs are Dianne Bernstein and Lesley S. Hogan.
Guests of this unique and thought-provoking event select a table host from nearly 20 notable personalities including authors, artists, epicureans, historians, physicians, news media, scientists, and community leaders, and enjoy an intimate dinner and lively discussion with these experts about their published works and professional fields. All proceeds benefit the free quality programs, services and resources available for the community at the Mandel Public Library of West Palm Beach, including afterschool homework centers, summer learning programs, teen college prep, job readiness programs, and adult programs in art, technology, education, culture, entertainment, and more.
