It is being reported by FAU football that today’s practice has been cancelled due to what is being called “positive covid-19 test results by a number of student athletes.”

This is the second time that the Owls have had to cancel practice due to the coronavirus, the first being on August 21st when it was resumed a day later.

There is no word yet on how this may impact the season opener that is supposed to be played this Saturday on the road against Georgia Southern.
