Damian Lillard was traded to the Bucks on Wednesday after numerous reports over the summer that Miami was his preferred destination.

According to NBA insider Shams Charania, The Heat offered Tyler Herro, Nikola Jovic, 3 first-round picks, first-round pick swaps and multiple second-round picks. Lillard was sent to Milwaukee in a three-team deal with the Trailblazers and Phoenix Suns.

Portland received Jrue Holiday, Deandre Ayton, Toumani Camara, Milwaukee’s 2029 unprotected first round pick, unprotected draft pick swaps in 2028 and 2030. Phoenix received Jusuf Nurkic, Grayson Allen, Nassir Little and Keon Johnson.

Shams also reported that The Blazers asked for either Jimmy Butler or Bam Adebayo in a Lillard deal that would have sent him to Miami, which Miami declined.
