The Yankees have been ravaged by injuries in the first few weeks of the season, and now they might be losing 3B Miguel Andujar for the rest of the season.
After getting an MRI on his injured right shoulder, may require surgery to repair a torn labrum, which would shut the 24-year-old down for the year.
Andujar returned from the Injured List earlier this month but managed only 3 hits in 34 at-bats before returning to the IL on Monday.
Manager Aaron Boone says Andujar will likely decide on his course of action over the next 24 hours.
Why have injuries hit the Yankees so hard? How big a blow would losing Andujar be?
