The Heat tried their best, but just couldn’t keep up on Saturday night.

Miami dropped Game 3 of its series against the Celtics, 117-106.

Despite Bam Adebayo putting 27 points on the board for the Heat, and getting 16 rebounds, Boston’s Jaylen Brown got away with 26 points, to put the game away.

In fact, Brown got seven rebounds, along with five assists and three steals during the night.

He also had help from Jayson Tatum, who added another 25 points and 14 rebounds, and Kemba Walker, with his 21 points.

According to Celtics head coach Brad Stevens, “Our whole team was aggressive; our whole team played with the right mentality.”

Still, the series lead belongs to Miami, at 2-1.

Can they “bounce back?” Time will tell.

Game 4 is set for Tuesday.
