Alex Rodriguez knows a thing or two about getting caught cheating – and says the Astros need to learn the lesson he did.

A-Rod went off on the Astros during Tuesday’s Yankees/Red Sox spring training game on ESPN, criticizing the team for showing “no remorse” after cheating to win a championship.

Rodriguez pointed out that he served the “longest suspension in MLB history” back in 2013 and “I deserved that” after “acting like a buffoon for a long time.”

He says fans want a “real, authentic apology” from the Astros and that “You’ve earned whatever comes your way.”
